Mom's Yoghurt Pudding
Serves 1
3/4 cup non-fat, plain Greek (or homemade) yoghurt
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 packets vanilla flavoured stevia (or 4-5 drops vanilla stevia liquid)
4 tbsp 100% fruit jam (ideally homemade/low sugar - mom's favourite is Figgy Strawberry Jam)
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- If desired, top with fresh fruit (mom likes raspberries, I like chopped strawberries) and enjoy!
